Additional Responsibilities
I attend all the group meetings on weekly basis, took feedback, discussed problems, meet deadlines for every
task and compiled the whole project in proper manner as per the requirements and other group members
performed their own assigned duties very well.
3. Individual Contribution on Weekly Basis:
Week 2

example, WhatsApp group used to exchange any type of notes,
working notes from tutorial classes, other type of documents,
and pictures for the assigned tasks and arranged Zoom meetings
for discussions.
2 Weekly activity log
Workload divided by the leader after discussing with other
group members and started planning to complete the tasks
effectively on time. Discussion made to organise the activities in
an appropriate manner to complete the tasks within specified
deadlines.
3 Time management We did 40 minutes discussion on Zoom for the division of work
among all the group members and also decided to arrange daily
meetings for 15 minutes after the tutorial class through
WhatsApp Group or Zoom to keep the things on track.
4 Tasks To fulfil the requirements of User View 4
To Develop the structure of database by drawing an
entity-relationship (E-R) diagram and EERD for the
enterprise.

I have been assigned 4 tasks and started working on them to
meet the requirements and deadlines as well.

ERD, ER Diagram or ER model, is a type of structural
diagram that contains entities, attributes, and
relationships.

such as one to one relationship, One -to -Many

After the creation of business rules, entities, attributes and
primary keys, it was my task to define the relationship between
different data tables through entity-relationship model & EERD
model.

3 Time management It took me 4 weeks to complete my assigned tasks within
deadlines as an important part of the whole project. In remaining
2 weeks I took follow up from the other group members and

our project.

designed data models.
Provided help to other group members as the tasks were
interlinked with each other as a hierarchy.

I complete all tasks assigned to me within deadlines
successfully. All the requirements have been met as per the
description. Project seemed completed.
My Overall Contribution to the project:
The task wasn’t as easy as it seemed to be. Best thing about our team was we remained punctual and
responsible. We kept responding in common WhatsApp group & on Zoom to each other’s enquiries,
helped and acted accordingly.
On our first meeting, we introduced well to the topic and I was assigned three tasks and overall
organization of the ideas and project results. We also made use of weekly tutorials provided by our tutor.
Overall, It was a great experience of team work.
