If you have a tight budget, consider re-using and up-cycling unused items that may otherwise end up in land fill sites.

1. Re-use and up-cycle

2. An old wooden speaker box, some calico and gold metallic fabric paint
will make really nice tall side tables.

4. I needed to make a headboard too. Some planks from
a dismantled wooden crate will do for the legs.

5. Cut a piece of hardboard to your required size. Attach to
the planks and glue a piece of foam to it.

6. Cover the headboard
and make some
cushions with any left
over fabric.
