I was raised on a dairy farm 30 miles north of Kearney Nebraska. During my high school career at Ravenna, I became very active in FFA and believe today that it was the experiences that that organization allowed (forced?) me to participate in that formed who I am today. It was also because of FFA that I made my first career choice; to teach ag at the high school level. After 5 years I decided to move to private industry and have worked in the seed buisness now for over 30 years. The last 5 have been focused around irrigation.
