Don’t just take our word for it…
PeopleCount worked closely with us to understand our objectives and
design a focus group format that met our needs exactly. The delivery of
nearly 30 sessions was incredibly professional, they made it very easy for
us. Our staff at every level loved the experience that they had, all of the
feedback that we had about the delivery and facilitators was very positive.
When PeopleCount reported on our focus groups it was really clear not
only what our employees thought but also why they thought that and what
they thought could be done about it. We left the focus groups with lots
of suggestions from our employees that we were then able to work with
PeopleCount to develop.
The feedback session that they ran with our Area Managers was really
innovative and energetic and it empowered our employees to really make
a difference in their area of responsibility.
The follow up project that PeopleCount have delivered for us has
meant that we have been able to develop our work around employee
engagement in key themed areas such as communication and leadership.
Through various means they have helped us to ensure that our employees
really know about and understand the work that we are doing. The
strategy that they devised for us and the design and delivery of the project
were first class.
I cannot recommend PeopleCount highly enough, we have been able to
engage our teams from the evidence of their opinion. We will definitely be
using PeopleCount again.

Independent Workplace Investigations
Fairness is always a big issue in the work place and it is even more of a
sticking point around misconduct, complaint or performance issues. Our
team of vastly experienced internal investigators can tackle the issue giving
your staff the reassurance that the investigation is fair whilst removing a
challenging role from your managers workload and giving you confidence
in the information that you will receive.
Creativity Development
People have great ideas right across your organisation, we want to
bring the workplace creativity out of your staff. Our innovative Creative
Consultants Programme will open your people up to having ideas in a
completely new environment, giving them the tools and the self awareness
to really make a difference.
Exit interviews
As an independent company we are perfectly placed to help you
understand why your staff have decided to leave. We can facilitate
anything from an online survey, to a phone call or a face to face meeting
depending on your needs.
Events
If you like the idea of the way that Focus Groups could gather information
for you but need a larger event, why not combine the two. We can help
you to produce a larger scale event that allows you to really capture what
your people think. Don’t worry though we will make it fun as well!

have the right people for the role we will provide a meeting plan, supply

  • 13. Don’t just take our word for it… PeopleCount worked closely with us to understand our objectives and design a focus group format that met our needs exactly. The delivery of nearly 30 sessions was incredibly professional, they made it very easy for us. Our staff at every level loved the experience that they had, all of the feedback that we had about the delivery and facilitators was very positive. When PeopleCount reported on our focus groups it was really clear not only what our employees thought but also why they thought that and what they thought could be done about it. We left the focus groups with lots of suggestions from our employees that we were then able to work with PeopleCount to develop. The feedback session that they ran with our Area Managers was really innovative and energetic and it empowered our employees to really make a difference in their area of responsibility. The follow up project that PeopleCount have delivered for us has meant that we have been able to develop our work around employee engagement in key themed areas such as communication and leadership. Through various means they have helped us to ensure that our employees really know about and understand the work that we are doing. The strategy that they devised for us and the design and delivery of the project were first class.
