In a blender, mix together garlic, chutney, mustard, brown sugar, orange zest
and juice.
Process them until a smooth thick glaze is prepared.

mixture.

and also so it is easy to grate when I am ready to use it)

1 teaspoon hot chili sauce like sriracha

Hoisin-Honey Glazed Pork Chops

Combine the hoisin sauce, honey, and soy sauce and marinate the pork chops
in the mixture. Prepare the bok choy, radishes, carrots, onions, and garlic, set
aside. Place the ginger, rice wine vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, honey, and
sriracha in a small bowl and stir to combine.

Heat two pans over high heat, and put half of the coconut oil in each. In one
pan, cook the pork chops over high heat for 4 minutes on each side (for 3/4

5. South of the Border Tamale Pie
Instruction
Combine tomato sauce and salsa in a medium saucepan. Stir in ham; heat through.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick
cooking spray. Cut tube of polenta into 8 slices. Arrange polenta slices in baking
dish. Spoon salsa mixture over polenta.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
