apartments with private outdoor space for each apartment. All apartments received interior
demolition, new partitions, finish floor, light fixtures, and mechanical equipment. Each
floor received an additional 200 Square feet by extending the rear of the home 10'-0". This
home complies with the Multiple Dwelling Laws of NYC and maintains the homes historic
facade in the front with rustic reclaimed wood applied to the new 10'-0" addition in the back.
*Work on this project included developing Schematic Design Drawings, Design
Development Drawings, Construction Documents, meeting with and coordinating all
consulting engineers, and participating in all required Department of Buildings
appointments to achieve approval and permits for construction.
