*100 Jay Street is a multi family residential building. The renovation consisted of
apartments 11G & 12G converting the 2 units into a single duplex apartment of 2,400 gross
SF. The conversion created 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and an open concept living / dining /
kitchen space. The apartments received interior demolition, new partitions, finish floor,
light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures.
*Work on this project included developing Schematic Design Drawings, Design
Development Drawings, Construction Documents, meeting with and coordinating all
consulting engineers, and participating in all required Department of Buildings
appointments to achieve approval and permits for construction.
