9. My View of the Market
 The market feels like it does only when it is a really hot
market. Buyers are having a hard time finding what
they are looking for.
 Sellers if they are priced well and in good condition are
finding buyers readily. This is especially true for the
lower to moderate price ranges in each market area.
 There is a buzz and it is nice to see.
