Presenter Bios
Derrick Lildhar
Product Specialist – Sage Software
Derrick is a product specialist with Sage Software. He specializes in selling, supporting and
training Sage Accpac End-to-End products, which includes Sage Accpac ERP, CRM, Business
Intelligence, eCommerce and WMS. Based in Toronto, Derrick has been with the Sage family
for 4 years and has over 10 years of experience in the business management technology industry.
Denis Boudreau, CGA
President – DB Group Inc.
Denis Boudreau is the president of DB Group Inc., a Dieppe, New Brunswick based company
specializing in End-to-End Business Management Solutions. Denis obtained his CGA
designation in 2002. He is also a BAA graduate from Université de Moncton. For over 11 years,
Denis has been helping his clients enhance their profitability by providing End-to-End Business
Management Solutions, needs analysis, project management, implementation, training and
custom reporting all while providing bilingual service. He is also an active member of the CGA-
NB Moncton Chapter.
Joey Laforge, BBA
Sage ERP Certified Consultant – DB Group Inc.
Joey has been working with DB Group Inc for over 3 years. He recently completed his
bachelor’s degree in marketing from Université de Moncton. His role on the team is to provide
excellent bilingual support to our existing customers. Joey is the primary point of contact for
questions and support regarding Sage’s products. As our champion for customers, Joey will be
monitoring, supporting and communicating with our existing and new Sage Accpac customers.

Richard Frigault, BA
Sage ERP Certified Consultant – DB Group Inc.
Richard joined the team at DB Group Inc in 2006. He brings a strong manufacturing and
inventory management background. Richard has started his MBA from Université de Moncton.
Like other members of the company, Richard is fluently bilingual in both official languages.
Kevin Lynch, BSc, MBA
Sage ERP Extended Certified Consultant – DB Group Inc.
Kevin joined DB Group Inc last year and came with some experience in designing custom
applications for specific needs at his previous employments. Kevin is the lead developer in
custom applications that are designed at DB Group Inc. He just recently completed his
certification on the SageCRM product set. Like other members of the company, Kevin is fluently
bilingual in both official languages.
Eric Lagacé, BSc, MBA
Sage ERP Certified Consultant – DB Group Inc.
Eric joined DB Group Inc last year and came with many years experience in manufacturing and
quality assurance. Achievements include Six Sigma Black Belt Training which is essentially a
comprehensive yet flexible system for achieving, supporting, and maximizing business profits. It
is a methodology driven by understanding customer needs, and the disciplined use of data, facts,
and statistical analysis to improve and reinvent organizational processes. Eric like other members
at DB Group is fluently bilingual in both official languages.
Jason K. Roy, BSc, MBA
Sage ERP Certified Consultant – DB Group Inc.
Joining DB Group Inc. in May 2008, Jason integrated our team with professional experience in
areas such as programming, operation management, internal auditing, financial consulting and
business analysis. The scope of his education, experience and overseas tenure translate into
another well equipped Consultant, complementing the strengths of DB Group Inc. Like other
members of the company, Jason is fluently bilingual in both official languages.

Break Out Session #1
A01 - CI.COM PDA Solutions
Mobile Salesperson (MSP) - Mobile Salesperson (MSP) is a remote order and invoice entry
system that runs on handheld devices. Your sales force can upload customer and item
information from Sage Accpac to their devices. The orders and invoices can be synchronized to
Sage Accpac ERP in addition to printing receipts onsite.
Mobile Inventory Count (MIC) - Mobile Inventory Count (MIC) is a wireless add-in product
integrating with Sage Accpac, allowing users to maintain inventory counts in the warehouse,
import new information and post information directly to Sage products. Barcode support for item
selection is also a convenient feature offered by MIC.
This session will center on the functionalities offered by both Mobile Salesperson & Mobile
Inventory Count and the sustainable benefits that stem from integrating these wireless solutions
into your daily operations.
B01 - End-to-End solutions
This session will review all the integrated tools and modules offered by Sage and their third party
developers to help business owners manage their business efficiently. With today’s economy,
there has never been a bigger need for integrated ERP solutions. Sage Software has what it takes!
C01 – Sage Accpac 5.5 Financial Suite
In this session, learn how to manage your business through powerful features such as
customizable dashboards, AR Inquiry and much more with Sage Accpac 5.5 Financials.
Furthermore, users will learn about Sage’s bundled modules which include, AR Customer
Number Change, AP Vendor Number Change and GL Security.

A02 – Sage Accpac Customization
In this session, end-users will learn how to use Sage Accpac efficiently by customizing their
accounting software to their needs. Users will have the ability to change screens which will
increase productivity time in their day-to-day process.
B02 - Sage FAS
Sage FAS delivers powerful, easy-to-use fixed asset management solutions to businesses of all
sizes. Sage FAS provides construction in progress management, fixed asset

depreciation calculations, asset inventory reconciliation, and customized reporting. In this
session, we will demonstrate the basic functionality of this software.
C02 – Sage Accpac 5.5 Operational Suite
In this session, learn how to manage your business through powerful new features with Sage
Accpac 5.5 Operational modules. Furthermore, users will learn about Sage’s bundled modules
which include Ops Inquiry and Item number change.
Break Out Session #3
A03 - Orchids Products
EFT- Developed by Orchid Systems, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) streamlines payment
and collection processes and tightens control over bank transfers. EFT Processing transfers Sage
Accpac receipts and payments through to the electronic funds transfer functionality of your
banking software.
Process Scheduler - Developed by Orchid Systems, Process Scheduler enables you to schedule
when your Sage Accpac data is to be checked and maximizes system resource usage by allowing
you to automatically perform the checking and processes overnight, whilst the system is not
being used. Checking the integrity of your Sage Accpac data and running processes on a regular
basis has never been easier!
This session will explore the setup and the process to create EFT receipts and payments and will
review the functionalities offered by Orchid Systems’ Process Scheduler and the sustainable
benefits that stem from integrating this powerful, easy to learn Sage Accpac module.
B03 - Sage Accpac CRM
SageCRM for Sage Accpac ERP is an easy to use, fast to deploy, feature-rich CRM solution
providing enterprise-wide access to vital customer information- anytime, anywhere. With
SageCRM for Sage Accpac ERP, you can better manage your business by integrating field sales,
internal sales, customer care, and marketing information. Join this session to see SageCRM in
action.
C03 – Sage Accpac Project & Job Costing
This session will cover the new features and functionality of Sage Accpac Project & Job Costing
module version 5.5. If you are wondering what Sage Accpac Project & Job Costing could do for

on demand.
B05 – Technisoft, Service Manager
Service Manager is a multi award winning Service, Maintenance and Job cost application which
fully integrates to Sage Accpac ERP software and helps manage business resources, products and
services. Join this session to see the software in action.
C05 – Sage Accpac Financial Reporter
In this session, we will demonstrate how to use the power and flexibility of Sage Accpac’s
Financial Reporter. We will show how report specifications are written to transform general
ledger data into financial statements and reports.
