2. Introduction
• Sunny Pache's is seeking to tap into new markets and
expand its services. SUP yoga is becoming more
popular. With yoga studios around the world offering
opportunities for clients to participate in this new
trend, our company could greatly benefit. I believe the
introduction of SUP yoga to our services would prove
to be popular, as well as a new source of revenue.
3. What is Sup Yoga?
• SUP Yoga is the combination of traditional yoga and
stand up paddle boards. This offers a unique
experience for the users allowing them to engage in a
nature based yoga experience on the water while
pushing their yoga boundaries.
• SUP stands for stand up paddleboard.
o Larger in width and height
o Offers more stability
o Used with a paddle
• The origins and the beginning of SUP yoga are unclear,
however, SUP boards have been used for thousands of
years as a mode of transportation by multiple cultures.
The boards were made out of available natural
materials including various types of wood and grass
(Cerami).

7. Conclusion
• After reviewing the benefits and possible threats of entering
the market of SUP yoga, there is enough supporting evidence
that this would be a beneficial to Sunny Pache's Surf and Sport.
With this many surfers and yogis living within the United State
the market appears to be sustainable and shows room for
growth. This will allow for Sunny Pache's clientele base to grow
and bring in a new demographic of customers.
