ourselves we give away." --Barbara de Angelis

Ideal Life Chart Circles

 (Let’s map it out so our minds can see exactly
             where we are…)

I believe that being successful means having a balance of success
stories across the many areas of your life. You can't truly be
considered successful in your business life if your home life is in
                      shambles. ~ Zig Ziglar

 7/31/2012 www.theyouthcareercoach.com
Try to implement these by thinking of them daily to ensure you are in line
with what you believe is balance in YOUR OWN LIFE.

1. Eliminate the Madness – whether that’s in the morning or people that add
   confusion.
2. Establish a Sleep Routine – it’s crucial
3. Take Time for your Self
4. Stop Trying to do it All – get some help!
5. Show your Kids how to manage their own space
6. Keep a calendar for family and self
7. Encourage Quite Time
8. Make Dates – social, family, co-workers and friends
LET’S TO GO THE HAND OUT…….

Notas do Editor

  1. What do I do to achieve balance? …ongoing process and not until researching for this workshop have I really sat down and thought about it and I need to make some changes
  2. Acknowledge the reality you are in. If you don’t design your life someone else will design it for you. Who manages the quality of your life. Emotional, Physical, Spiritual Side
  3. Photo source: http://www.newconsultanthq.com/work-life-balance/
  4. This vision statement or goal setting ~ which we did a few weeks ago but these things are important.
  5. Let’s just take a moment to pause and think of our lives……Let’s take out a piece of paper and write: 1. Where are you? 2. Take a moment and write down what do you value? 3. Are the people in your life happy? Friends, Mom, Dad, Uncles Aunt, Boss, Children, Sisters/Brothers? What Do You Value? To find out how to balance your time and resources between all the possible options available, you need to do some soul searching to figure out (if you haven’t already) what’s important to you. It’s easiest just to write out everything you can think of. Here’s what’s important to me:My Time My FaithMy FamilyMy Friends & AssociatesMy HealthFinancial securityHaving a spouse somedayBeing able to help, positively influence and give to others
