The ATD and IBSTPI are related in that both provide are aimed at professionals in the training industry. ATD appears to offer a more
comprehensive set of services and resources that professionals may use, and the IBSTPI stresses an adherence to a comprehensive and
rigorous set of industry standards that should be maintained by practicing professionals.
