generation. His father (Douglas Stuart
Anderson) was superintendent of
the F.M.C.A.in Poona, Maharashtra
and dealt with the salaries paid to military personnel,
having an honorary role of Captain. His father also had
a riffle and often hunted for waterfowl.

So the author decided to send
him to the zoo.
His departure was very painful
for the author’s wife.
