A state of mental tension & worry caused by problem in your life
work etc. Something that cause strong feelings of worry , anxiety.
Opportunity:
A situation or condition favorable for attainment of a goal. A
good position, chance as for success.
Performance:
Performance is how effective something or someone is at doing
a good job.
Leadership:
Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act
toward achieving a common goal.

The ability or strength to keep doing something for a long time.
Mood:
A conscious state of mind is called Mood.
Mental Health:
Mental health includes our emotional psychological & Social well-
being.it effects how we think , feel and act etc.
Physical Health:
Physical health is defined as the condition of your body taking into
consideration everything from the absence of disease to fitness level. Can
be affected by lifestyle, diet, and level of physical activity and behavior.
Resilience:
Resilience is defined as "the capacity to recover quickly from
difficulty".
