MB Executive Partners is a premier MENA region based Executive Search firm
with a particular focus on the GCC, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, CIS
countries, and North Africa.

Fees
Our fees for an executive search assignment are designed on a case-by-case basis.
Because each of our clients presents with singular requirements, we are ought to
collaboratively develop and implement a fee structure in accordance with the task in-
hand, as well as the resources to be deployed by our firm. We systematically favor a
fixed fee approach. This approach is morally preferred as our placement fee is not
linked to a percentage of a candidate’s compensation.
A portion of this fee is to be paid as a retainer to our services and the balance will be
invoiced once the finalist candidate has agreed to the employment offer.
Expenses
Expenses relate to candidate and consultant travel or video conferencing when used,
as well as assessment centres. They are re-charged at cost with no mark up.
