o King Abdallah WAQF Project (5 Hotels), Consultant : Omrania
o KAP1 Project (King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Development of
Security Centers)
Client/Consultant: Ministry of Interior /Khatib & Alami);
Project Description:
The project consists of 305 sites with around 1.4 million square meters
of built-up area for buildings and located in all 5 regions of Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. The total project cost roughly 2 Billion US dollars. Scope
of works generally involved building works & civil/external works. The
305 sites are categorized & distributed according to prototypes with a
total of 19 main prototypes. Each prototype consists of one main
building and several service buildings distributed among the site area.
The project was classified as one of mega projects in Saudi Arabia and
the complexity defined by each of the 305 sites situated in different
locations from cities vicinity to remote areas as well as to country
borders.

The built up area was around 134,620 m2.
 Monorail (KAFD) Project,
Client/Consultant: Rayadah Investment Company (REC) / Omrania
Project Description:
The total cost of construction works is around 1373 Million. The Project
involves the construction, operation and maintenance of Depot building
as well as 3.8 kilometer Monorail System and 6 Stations integrated in
Attractors Built by Other KAFD contractors in Riyadh. The built up area
was around 14,000 m2 for depot area. The scope for electro-
mechanical involves the delivery of works related but not limited to
Electro-Mechanical equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing and
Drainage, Lighting, Power Supply, Signaling and Communication,

Systems, Automatic Fare Collection, Operation and Control Centre,
Maintenance Depot, Monorail Vehicle & Platform Station Doors.
 Ministry of Education (MOE) Project
Client/Consultant: Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) / Saudi
Projacs.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 509 Million SAR. out of
which 200 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved completing
the existing concrete structure and provide all the finishes and
electromechanical works for the main ministry building complex plus
the external works and infrastructure in Riyadh. The built up area was
around 175,812 m2.
 King Abdallah Road Project Phase 1
Client/Consultant: Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) / Saudi
Consult.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 186 Million SAR. The
Project involved the construction of 3 underpasses each 180 m long
and a 700 m tunnel in addition to other ancillary buildings and road
construction works.
 Ministry Of Finance (MOF) Nakheel Project
Client/Consultant: Ministry of Finance / Dar Al Riyadh.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 1005 Million SAR out of
which 450 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of government building Complex including minister tower
and more than 20 supporting utility buildings plus external works and
infrastructure in North of Riyadh. The built up area was around 161,184
m2.
 KAIA Development Ground Services Equipments (GSE) Tunnel Jeddah
Airport Project
Client/Consultant: General Authority of Civil Aviation / Dar Handasah.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 260 Million SAR out of
which 78 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the design
and construction of a road tunnel to serve airside vehicles passing
under the central runway. The tunnel is of R. C. construction,
approximately 700m long and will be constructed in cut and cover. in
Jeddah. The built up area was around 161,184 m2.
 Aircraft Hangers Riyadh & Jeddah Airports Project
Client/Consultant: Ministry of Finance / Ahmed Rashid Hmayed
(ARH).
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 724 Million SAR out of
which 181 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the

construction of Steel Structure Hangar for airplane to accommodate
royal planes in Riyadh & Jeddah. The built up area was around 65,000
m2.
 Bay La Sun Project
Client /Consultant:Emaar / Turner & Solayman Abdullah Khorayji
(SAK)
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 494 Million SAR out of
which 148 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of four residential towers 6 floor high in King Abdullah
Economic City KAEC in Jeddah. The built up area was around 172,000
m2.
 KAUST temporary facilities Project
Client/Consultant: Aramco / Dar Handasah.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 179 Million SAR out of
which 53 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction, operation & maintenance Services and sourcing of Saudi
Aramco & Contractor Construction Camp facilities in Jeddah. The built
up area was around 18,000 m2.
 MTD Workshops, KJO Project,
Client/Consultant: Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) / Dar
Handasah.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 122 Million SAR out of
which 25 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of central warehouse # 1, offices, security offices, fire
station, barracks. Mosque workshops…etc. in AL Khafji. The built up
area was around 55,774 m2.
 Office Park, KJO Project
Client/Consultant: Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) / Dar
Handasah.
Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 248 Million SAR out of
which 50 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of Main office, IT building, internal security offices. Coast
guard, central warehouse # 2, mosque.. Etc. in AL Khafji on the
Arabian Gulf. The built up area was around 90,000 m2
 Community, KJO Project
Client /Consultant:Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) / Dar

Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 519 Million SAR out of
which 156 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the

Project Description:

which 150 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of a high class office building located in Dabab street in
Riyadh. It consist of four towers plus parking space. The built up area
was around 210,000 m2

Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 290 Million SAR out of
which 90 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of Eight towers of luxury suits each is composed of 20
story in Makkah. The built up area was around 165,570 m2

Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 522 Million SAR out of
which 157 Million SAR were for MEP. The project construction was all
over the Kingdom. The built up area was around (1,100 x 144) =

Project Description:
The values of construction works were around 12 Million SAR out of
which 4 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the
construction of fitness center for Khafji Joint Operation Staff, state of

Million US$ were for MEP. The Project involved the Construction of 15
story court building and other support buildings.
o King Abdul Aziz Historical Center

Project Description:
The value of the Project was approx.180 Million US$ out of which 40
Million US$ were for MEP. The Project included the Construction of the
National Museum and other historical building, including Darat Al Malek
Abdul Aziz, Library, and Auditorium. The project involved in terms of
design & supervision over 10 National and International consultants
over and above a sizeable number of international specialists in
various specific trades.

cover the outer fence of the project with perimeter of 30 km with fixed &
movable camera.

The built up area was around 1.8 M m2, and the external works area is 7.7 M m2. o King Abdallah WAQF Project (5 Hotels), Consultant : Omrania o KAP1 Project (King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Development of Security Centers) Client/Consultant: Ministry of Interior /Khatib & Alami); Project Description: The project consists of 305 sites with around 1.4 million square meters of built-up area for buildings and located in all 5 regions of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The total project cost roughly 2 Billion US dollars. Scope of works generally involved building works & civil/external works. The 305 sites are categorized & distributed according to prototypes with a total of 19 main prototypes. Each prototype consists of one main building and several service buildings distributed among the site area. The project was classified as one of mega projects in Saudi Arabia and the complexity defined by each of the 305 sites situated in different locations from cities vicinity to remote areas as well as to country borders. 1.3- April 2002 – August 2012  MEP Department Head - Construction Saudi Oger Ltd. The Project involves the construction, operation and maintenance of Depot building as well as 3.8 kilometer Monorail System and 6 Stations integrated in Attractors Built by Other KAFD contractors in Riyadh. The built up area was around 14,000 m2 for depot area. The scope for electro- mechanical involves the delivery of works related but not limited to Electro-Mechanical equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Drainage, Lighting, Power Supply, Signaling and Communication,

Project Description: The values of construction works were around 509 Million SAR. out of which 200 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved completing the existing concrete structure and provide all the finishes and electromechanical works for the main ministry building complex plus the external works and infrastructure in Riyadh. The built up area was around 175,812 m2.  King Abdallah Road Project Phase 1 Client/Consultant: Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) / Saudi Consult. Project Description: The values of construction works were around 186 Million SAR. The Project involved the construction of 3 underpasses each 180 m long and a 700 m tunnel in addition to other ancillary buildings and road construction works.  Ministry Of Finance (MOF) Nakheel Project Client/Consultant: Ministry of Finance / Dar Al Riyadh. Project Description: The values of construction works were around 1005 Million SAR out of which 450 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the construction of government building Complex including minister tower and more than 20 supporting utility buildings plus external works and infrastructure in North of Riyadh. The built up area was around 161,184 m2.  KAIA Development Ground Services Equipments (GSE) Tunnel Jeddah Airport Project Client/Consultant: General Authority of Civil Aviation / Dar Handasah. Project Description: The values of construction works were around 260 Million SAR out of which 78 Million SAR were for MEP. The Project involved the design and construction of a road tunnel to serve airside vehicles passing under the central runway. The tunnel is of R. C. construction, approximately 700m long and will be constructed in cut and cover. in Jeddah. Project Description: The value of the Project was approx. 46 Million US$ out of which 9 Million US$ were for MEP. The Project involved the Construction of 15 story court building and other support buildings. o King Abdul Aziz Historical Center Client/Consultant: Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) / Buro Happold/Lord/Rasem Badran/Beeah. Project Description: The value of the Project was approx.180 Million US$ out of which 40 Million US$ were for MEP. The Project included the Construction of the National Museum and other historical building, including Darat Al Malek Abdul Aziz, Library, and Auditorium. The project involved in terms of design & supervision over 10 National and International consultants over and above a sizeable number of international specialists in various specific trades.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Managed MEP trades, the tasks includes but not limited to: • Coordinates all execution aspects with other disciplines & concerned parties for proper implementation of the assigned project. • Administers all MEP subcontractor activities. • Follow-up material deliveries schedule. • Checks & certifies monthly payment certificates of subcontractors as per actual work completion. • Checks, reviews & evaluates subcontractor’s technical submittals including shop drawings, as-built drawings, testing & commissioning procedures and operation & maintenance manuals of the project.  Summary of Main Projects executed as Project Engineer: o Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Bayad Client / Consultant: Ministry of Defense (MODA) / Saudi Consult. Project Description: The values of construction works were around 134 Million US Dollars out of which 27 Million US Dollars were for MEP. The Project involved the Construction of military facilities including several buildings, hanger, shelters plus hard and soft landscape.
