I arrive on a Monday. Suppose June 1st 2015
Monday:
Pick up from airport
See accommodation
Rest and shower

I go to the office.
I sign my house contract
I sign my internship contract
Here you will receive your training materials and expected to start your self learning journey:
Tuesday you will learn about marketing and marketing plan
Week 1
Wednesday
Start your training on lean management
Week 1
Thursday
Review, here you have a test that you have to go through to check if you understood the training
Week 1
Friday,
Based on your test results, you will have to either go through a review with a mentor to go over
the points which you did not understand.
If there are certain topics you did not understand, you only have to attend that specific topic.
Week 1
Saturday,
You are assigned an entrepreneur case!
Week 1
Sunday OFF
Week 2
Monday:
Meeting with your entrepreneur to understand your market and start developing the marketing
plan
Here you have to ask her the questions that you need to develop your marketing plan.
Week 2
Tuesday:
Based on meeting with entrepreneur, I start working on ideas on how to market the product
Week 2
Wednesday
Meet women again to discuss further the marketing plan
Week 2
Thursday:
Refine marketing plan.
Week 2
Friday and saturday: Develop marketing tools
Week 3:
Monday and Tuesday:
I design a smoke test to test if people really want this product! I run a small scale promotion and see how it
works!I talk to people everywhere and spread the word. Distribute some flyers.
Wednesday :
I will see the results and see how the smoke test worked! If people did not respond, time to reinvent product!
Thursday and Friday :
Work on reinventing of product and smoke test again until works.
Assuming it works on Monday and Tuesday, you can start moving in with your marketing plan.
Here make sure you are marketing with special learning goals! You have to tweak your marketing as you go along.
Use the marketing to market products and at the same time, to confirm your assumptions
Week 4:
Monday to Friday :
Learning from the marketing and refining based on results.
Test if changes in price affects the product
Test if places where you advertise changes things
Start creating a structure that the women can take over after you leave
Preparing products for fair
Week 5
Monday to Friday:
Coordinating with fair team
Saturday: Fair
Week 6
Pass the torch to someone else
Write a report of the marketing, tests and business in general to pass on to next team.

  • 6. Week 1 Friday, Based on your test results, you will have to either go through a review with a mentor to go over the points which you did not understand. If there are certain topics you did not understand, you only have to attend that specific topic.
  • 7. Week 1 Saturday, You are assigned an entrepreneur case!
  • 9. Week 2 Monday: Meeting with your entrepreneur to understand your market and start developing the marketing plan Here you have to ask her the questions that you need to develop your marketing plan.
  • 10. Week 2 Tuesday: Based on meeting with entrepreneur, I start working on ideas on how to market the product
  • 11. Week 2 Wednesday Meet women again to discuss further the marketing plan
  • 13. Week 2 Friday and saturday: Develop marketing tools
  • 14. Week 3: Monday and Tuesday: I design a smoke test to test if people really want this product! I run a small scale promotion and see how it works!I talk to people everywhere and spread the word. Distribute some flyers. Wednesday : I will see the results and see how the smoke test worked! If people did not respond, time to reinvent product! Thursday and Friday : Work on reinventing of product and smoke test again until works. Assuming it works on Monday and Tuesday, you can start moving in with your marketing plan. Here make sure you are marketing with special learning goals! You have to tweak your marketing as you go along. Use the marketing to market products and at the same time, to confirm your assumptions
  • 15. Week 4: Monday to Friday : Learning from the marketing and refining based on results. Test if changes in price affects the product Test if places where you advertise changes things Start creating a structure that the women can take over after you leave Preparing products for fair
  • 16. Week 5 Monday to Friday: Coordinating with fair team Saturday: Fair
  • 17. Week 6 Pass the torch to someone else Write a report of the marketing, tests and business in general to pass on to next team.
