✓ Perform all daily inspection of casting and welding works.
✓ Preparation of welding procedure specification and PQR.
✓ Witnessing welder performance qualification.

are resolved in a timely manner.
✓ Regular quality reporting as required and ensure the satisfactory reporting, tracking and closure of project NCRs
and Preventive Actions.
✓ Developing new material composition and liaising with local laboratories and government licensing agencies for
all testing of the materials e.g Mechanical tests, Fire Tests.

reports.

assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
