Job Responsibilities as (Executive Assistant cum Personal Secretary) are:
 Arrangement of meetings, telephone calls, travels management, dealing with banks, recording
of all the personal payments/receipts, liaison with tax advisor for filing of tax returns.
 Looking after the personal investments i.e. handling all the matters of the 2 small scale
Companies including day to day transactions to preparation of financial statements, audit etc.
Job Responsibilities in (Administration) related works are:
 Maintenance of all the necessary equipment required for day to day operations of the
Company such as Generators, PABX, UPS and data center etc.
 Supervision of insurance for Company assets, including claims & refunds of premium;
 Handle petty cash for petty expenses of the Office.
 Assign support staff duties including, riders, office boys, drivers & janitorial staff.
 Coordination with vendors and suppliers for purchasing of office & printing stationary, kitchen
related items etc.
 Handle repair & maintenance of Company assets including vehicles, Generators etc.
 Responsible for renovation and related of the office as and when required.
Job Responsibilities in (Human Resources) related works are:
 Complete all procedure of Appointment and resignation of employees.
 Maintenance of attendance and leaves record of all the employees.
 Handle Life Insurance policies of all the employees including submission of Claims, refunds,
inclusion of new staff, deletion of outgoing staff etc.
 Issuance of necessary circulars as and when required.
 Coordinate with Accounts department to maintain petty expenses.
 Supervise all the lower staff including such as Drivers, janitorial staff etc.

 Responsibilities were similar/ identical to KASB Modaraba JD.
