4. Brazilian Wildlife Brazil is home to 6O% of the Amazon Rainforest. This contains more than one-third of all the species in the world. It has the most known species of plant, freshwater fish and mammals. Brazil is ranked third on the list of countries with the most bird species. It is also ranked fifth in reptile species.
