        high calorie foods.

Cutting out high calorie late night

        lose weight healthily.

 Also known as comfort eating,
emotional eating involves eating in
  response to feelings instead of
   actual hunger e.g. stress and
            boredom.


   Large quantities of food are
     consumed in a bid to heal
       emotional problems.

              There are many triggers to emotional
                         eating such as:

Overeating around others because you
  feel inadequate or are trying to fit in.
                                              Emotional
                                Common trigger, eating in response to
                                  emotions such as stress, boredom and
                                  loneliness.
                Self Image
 Negative self worth, punishing
   oneself, lack of willpower.

  difficult, support from family and friends
