manage the entire life cycle operation of vehicle for

management and risk management services. That operate
24/7,365 days a year to support customers. These call
centers handle about 3.5 million calls per year from customer,
drivers and supplier So, it is a large company, a lot of data
need to be processed, but it consisted of more than 1 type of
data and this data amount is huge. It is clear that company
has problems managing its data.

company expenditure.
It reduced time required for call center for handling
transections &cost.
Data was stored in random access memory.

As a result, The responses to requests were generated
in 3 – 3 ½
HANA also reduced the time of every transaction
processed by ARI call center by 5 percent.
ARI can quickly extract its vast data recourses &
