HISTORY OF ENDAVA
•December, 2000 - Official registration of Compudava SRL in Chisinau by four founders:
one successful UK IT entrepreneur and
three local IT specialists
•The initial vision of Compudava founders was to establish a local company involving the
most talented young IT graduates in Moldova to deliver IT services to foreign customers.
•First two commercial projects (April - September 2001) created a solid platform for an
impressive quick grow. One of this project - development of a web application for
performing the world’s first global pay-per-view webcast - the Elton John's concert in the
ancient Greek amphitheater at Ephesus in Turkey on July 17, 2001. Developed on
MSN.co.uk request and webcasted by MSN.co.uk and Mediawave LTD opened the doors to
first class UK customers.
•Having already over 60 employees and providing services to cca 10 important UK
customers, the founders take a key decision in August 2002 - - transform Compudava in a
branch of Brains Direct LTD.

•All projects delivered during 2000 – middle of 2004 were fixed price projects.
•2004 – First Extended Team project
•2005 – First Consultancy project (IT Audit at a largest local bank)
•2005 - First local software development (fixed price) project
•2006 - First ISMS project (at a local bank)
•2006 - First Managed Services project
•2006 – Brains Direct entry on the Romanian market - the acquiring a small IT company in Cluj
(AGS) and opening a subsidiary in Iasi
•June 2006 - Brains Direct LTD with all its subsidiaries merge with Concise Group Limited to
Endava
