 Handling more than 100+ Employees & Maintaining Individual Employee Database.
 Arranging and Conducting HR Interview, Initial Screening of Candidates & Recruitment
Process
 Handling Employee Joining and Exiting formalities.
 Maintaining /Updating Leave Records and Evaluating Staff Attendance through ESSL
Software.
 Assisting Training & Development process for Employees.
 Assisting performance appraisal process for employee’s confirmation, promotion,
transfer etc.
 Handling Employees grievance and conducting monthly meeting.
 Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job
Portals.
 Handling timely distribution of Salary,Increment,Service Charge,Bonus,Salary Slip Etc.
 Preparing HR weekly ,monthly (MIS) report for management reviews
 Handling all Labour Department formalities and process for the organization
 Handling all EPF and ESIC Insurance process for Organization and employees.
