Facilities Management:
Maintain open line of communication with management and team members Guide, motivate, mentor and

General Administration of the entire project on site & support smooth operations of support services

Ensure 100% business up time through timely service of all critical equipment

Organizing training programs for Vendor Partners, Fire & safety, HK , M&E staff
SPOC for ISO 90001 internal Audit
SPOC for All statutory compliance internal & External Audits
Professional, efficient and accurate formulation of the expense budgets, management and control of the
expense budgets and expenditure in accordance with company’s Policies and Procedures
Designed and implemented the operations manuals, Marketing Manual & Center/Franchisee Manuals
with quality procedures & guidelines as per the ISO 9000 standards
Actively involved in opening of new franchisee & establishing as per company's policies and procedures.
Managing helpdesk for PAN India operations, review the TAT & SLA for the services with Client
periodically.
Operational Health and Safety:
Assist in testing fire alarms & coordinating fire practices / evacuations / head count and conducting
external training for staff in safety procedures
Carry out regular inspections and tests of fire alarms, fire exits, escape routes and doors, workstation
configuration, reviews of procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
To conduct safety checks on the fire extinguishers & necessitate corrective actions if found defective
Administration Function:
Printing and manage stationeries
Housekeeping – carry out checks and ensure good hygiene and cleaning standards in the office premises
Office cafeteria – Ensure the quality of the food being served in the cafeteria
Event and mail room management
