Project : FCC, SWT, & CT for CFP at MAA Refinery.
• Pursue and advice on HSE issues associated with standards and practices.
• Frequently conducting internal Safety Audit and taking corrective & Preventive
measures to eliminate the system non-compliance.
• Hazard analysis & Risk assessment of site activities and plan corrective &
preventative action.
• Participate in pre commissioning activities like function test, Solo run, MRT,
LOTO, hydro test, gravity leak test, air blowing, water flushing, steam blowing
etc.
• Prepare an evacuation safety plan for field areas and buildings, examine or
supervise the plan on implementation stage. Inspect permit to work on sites &
suspend work when identifying imminent danger.
