UniBot is a proposed chatbot for University of Westminster students that would help familiarize new students with the university environment. It would provide information on university events, locations of campus facilities, and tools to help manage time. The chatbot aims to improve the student experience by keeping students engaged with upcoming events and providing constant communication and accessibility comparable to the university website. A demo of the chatbot's features such as menus, action buttons, carousels and rich cards was presented.
