Partner Pledge
As a Hero Health Hire Partner, our organization pledges to:
• Hire Wounded Warriors and provide stabilizing support for them
and their families to maintain them in their jobs and nurture their
development.
• Develop or expand our corporate Wounded Warrior programs and
commit to being a “Veteran-Friendly” employer.
• Assist with Hero Health Hire public awareness initiatives, promoting
this cause within our organization and externally.
• Regularly participate in and possibly host future Hero Health Hire
meetings and maintain open lines of communication between Hero
Health Hire Partners.
• Contribute content and connectivity to the Hero Health Hire
website—by sharing hiring tools and best practices, as well as
providing a link to our corporate website and online career center.
• Provide permission to include our name and/or logo on the Hero
Health Hire website as a Partner.
• Develop and share Wounded Warrior Hiring & Employment
Program best practices materials.
• Provide regular status reports regarding our organization’s success
in recruiting, hiring and supporting Wounded Warriors as a Partner in
the Hero Health Hire initiative.
• Assist in recruiting other health care industry organizations as Hero
Health Hire Partners and educating relevant community leaders
about the importance of the Hero Health Hire initiative.

2. Program Overview
The Wounded Warrior Program is
a nationwide effort to assist
injured and recovering military
veterans to transition into civilian
life after active combat duty.
With our pledge to participate in
this program our goal would be to
hire and train military servicemen
and women to fill new and existing
positions in our organization.
6-12 month partnership between a
seasoned Conifer leader and
disabled veteran that helps
support the transition into
Conifer’s culture and corporate
environment.
