Providing Server Administration for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). This position began as a contract position and moved
into a permanent civil service position. Working within the Business Operations Division and providing support to all branches of
DPW. Systems supported include: Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Geographic
Information System (GIS), Customer Interaction Center (CIC), MAXIMO, e4Clicks, CADD and other mission unique servers.
Serving as the single main point of contact within DPW for all hardware, software, technical, training, and management issues
concerning fielding of new systems and sustainment and maintenance of automated support programs. Provides management support
services in the areas of financial management, budgetary, program cost analysis, annual and multi-year fiscal planning, integrity and
validity of data in automated systems. Interfaces with the Garrison Information management Office/S6 and Network Enterprise Center
(NEC) and coordinates configuration control management and monitors compliance of Security Technical Implementation Guide

maintenance of a complex, force protection, and customer service server based systems. Maintains mission unique systems for the
DPW working closely with the NEC. Analyzes and improves the efficiency and the operations of the systems. Develops procedures
