“There is no comfort in growth and no growth in comfort” -your mom.
If you’re not practicing getting out of your comfort zone regularly then you’re definitely not
growing in any way. One of my early mentors brought up a great truth that nothing in nature stands
still. Things are either growing…or dying. You, at this very moment are either growing in a certain
way(mentally, spiritually, emotionally, etc) or dying.This is why motion creates emotion. Ever
wonder why working out can give you more energy? Doesn’t make sense when you think about
it….but it’s true. Energy begets energy. Making money begets making money. Personal growth
begets personal growth.
One of the main ways to shock your daily, weekly, monthly routine is to GET OUT OF YOUR
COMFORT ZONE. Try something new. Produce something. Create content and make mistakes. It’s
been said by many a wise leader that he who fails most succeeds the most. Take that to the bank.
Your planning counts for nothing if you aren’t trying new things and challenging yourself to grow.
In the technology industry this is called “disruption”. Disruption is the food of innovation.
Innovation doesn’t always come from necessity…alot of times it comes from someone challenging
the status quo and finding a better way to do something
