The Top 3 Key achievements in your career?
Recruited, Managed and Developed a team of 130 surveyors covering 19 sub-projects at the Al Raha Beach Development which included mentoring 19 Chief Surveyors to develop their teams. Including Project Managing a US$27 Million contract for Site Wide Land Surveying Services including programming of the work in line with tight construction schedules whilst ensuring that the project came in safely, within budget and on schedule.

Saved substantial recruitment costs via the identification of manpower / skills shortfalls and the subsequent design and management of internal technical courses for selected personnel to be developed and promoted to Junior Land Surveyors.

Establishment and accreditation of the first Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors - Approved Development Scheme in the UAE affording reduction of recruitment costs and elevated staff productivity via employee empowerment, retention and CPD. This required the establishment of a Competency Scheme, Evaluation Scheme
