what was an 80% concession brand with both wholesale accounts & own brand web sales.
My role includes;
Production:
Management of the factory base in China.
Annual sourcing trips to the Far East. This includes the sourcing of new materials,
techniques, hardware, trends.
Factory visits; ensure all updates to industry compliances are followed.
New factory sourcing.
Development:
The Director of the company is also the Creative Director. As her number one we work
together analysing sales in relation to range building. We travel on development & sourcing
trips together. I follow up all the sample production with the suppliers, including costings.
Sales:
Our accounts include Asos, Next, Lipsy, Debenhams, Topshop, Zalando, The Alshaya
Group..
I have very positive relationships with our customers & work together with them to build the
best possible range for each individual customer base.
Concessions:
We self-merchandise both the Topshop & Lipsy concessions, online & instore. This involves
building the range to hit the given target. The management of deliveries around seasonal
calendar.

As the general manager of the brand & team I am involved & the decision maker for the
transactional website. I oversee the social media team, the technical & any outsourced e
commerce partners.
Cashflow/ costings;
As the supply chain manager it is my responsibility for all the costings & cash flow
management within the different aspects of the business. I am the direct liaison & key
contact for HSBC relationship manager & HSBCnet. I control all the monies in & out of the
business.

RTW is one of the Arcadia Group top 10 suppliers.
My role included;
The creation of critical paths in production bases Dubai, India, Turkey, and Leicester.
Management of the production & technical team.
Factory visits, sourcing new production.
Key production liaison between design team & customer buying teams.
