Adjunct Instructor in Geospatial Science 06/09 – present
Serve as an instructor for the San Diego Mesa College GIS Program. Teach courses in Geographic
Information Systems, Remote Sensing and Digital Image Processing. Responsible for creating and
presenting teaching materials and assessments in GISG 110, GISG 113, GISG 130, and GISG 131
Supervise industry related student projects in GISG 270. Proposed and developed new courses for San
Diego Mesa College in Introduction to Remote Sensing (GISG 130) and Introduction to Digital Image
Processing (GISG 131), using ArcGIS and ENVI 5.0 software. Participated in the Leadership Team for
CalWomenTech and National Institute for Women in Trades, Technology and Science projects,
