1day, cephalic presentation, delivered via NSVD to a
live baby boy, time of delivery 6:34pm of March 4,
2023, APGAR score of 9-10 with baby’s weight of
3.754 grams.
Placenta out at 6:39pm and oxytocin 10 IU given IM at
6:39pm.
