1. Stratégia. Viete, kde chcete byť? Aký
obsah a kedy budete publikovať? Aké máte
ciele? Máte otázky? Nezačnite, kým si ich
nezodpoviete.
2. Nasmerujte ich. Prepojte sociálne média
s vašou web stránkou, emailovým podpisom,
vizitkami, ... Aby vás našli, musia o vás vedieť.
3. Načúvajte. Naozaj to nie je o tom, čo si
myslíte vy. Je to o vašich fanúšikoch,
počúvajte ich a premýšľajte.
4. Úprimnosť a dôvera. Neklamte, možno
vás odhalia ešte skôr ako to spravíte. Buďte
úprimní a vzťahy založte na dôvere.
5. Zapojte sa. Čo vás šíri ďalej? Rozhovory.
Komunikujte, zapájajte sa do diskusií,
pýtajte sa na názory a budujte vzťah.
6. Zabite papagája a publikujte. Obrázky
a video podporia váš príbeh. Nezabudnite
na ne. A zabudnite na duplicitný obsah.
7. Švajčiarske hodinky na ruku. Publikujte
pravidelne. 10 príspevkov za hodinu a potom
mesiac nič nie je správna cesta.
8. Milujte haterov. Váš obsah rozšíria
rýchlejšie a efektívnejšie. A pridajú aj bonus –
vaša komunita sa spojí.
9. Vyhodnocujte. Merajte, vyhodnocujte
a porovnávajte. Je to v súlade s vašou
stratégiou a cieľmi?
10. Výsledky? Zajtra to nebude.
Nečakajte, že sa výsledky dostavia zajtra.
Nedostavia sa ani o mesiac. Sociálne média
sú o dlhodobej práci.

svoje potenciálne publikum a oslovte ich.
