4. The Fans Token, formally symbolized as FANS, is designed to capture the power of
influencers and reward the fans who helped to create it. To earn a Fans Token, fans must
demonstrate their fandom through various activities, ranging from watching influencers’
content to participating in events; this system is called “Proof-of-Fan”.
The Fans Token is an ERC-20 – part of an endless digital universe. It
is a social token, designed to show fan loyalty and their importance
to an influencer. It should measure the level of fandom and
represent the lengths a fan is willing to go to support their
influencer. As such, receipt of these tokens is only one way of
proving fan dedication. The system enables true fans to emerge and
stand out from the rest through digital collectibles.

Token distribution will focus on empowering the fans to achieve sustainable engagement.
The tokens will be heavily distributed during the first cycle, gradually decreasing until the final
cycle. This will build awareness during the launch while ensuring sufficient circulating supply
for fan activities and the digital collectibles market. Whether the tokens are distributed
through social media, merchandising or fan participation is entirely up to the influencer.
Through this method, we hope to achieve a “Proof-of-Fan” model.
The influencers will be able to identify a large contributor and
distribute the tokens accordingly. The more dedicated the fan, the
more likely they are to earn FANS through this model.

The “QR Mining” pool will be used to distribute the Fans Token through a QR code system
accessible to white-listed influencers in the network. Fans can just scan the QR code in the
influencers’ social media content or event and receive FREE Fans Tokens. The earlier fans
scan, the more Fans Tokens they will receive. The tokens will be distributed over a 3-year
period, in 36 cycles; each cycle represents a month.

10. Digital Collectibles
(NFTs) as another
level of FAN
The digital asset collection is the first feature to allow direct interaction between influencers
and fans. The model is very simple. The influencer creates collectible digital cards and the
fan’s mission is simply to collect as many as possible. With blockchain technology, fans can
check exactly who made the card! If in any doubt about whether the cards are real or fake, the
fan can just check who created the card. The influencer’s ID is unique and verifiable by every
single user, so no cheating!
The main objective is to complete the creator’s digital collection. Fans who
manage to complete these collections will be rewarded with exclusive
prizes directly from the influencer.
What’s more, these cards also have many unique properties. The rarer the
card, the more fan power it has! Fan power can be used in leaderboards,
completing quests and many more features in the future.

11. Over recent decades, we have already become familiar with online marketplaces, where
physical assets like shoes, clothes or gadgets can be bought and sold. Similarly, the NFTs
marketplace is the place to go for anything digital (or tokenized real-world physical items like
artwork or merchandize), starting with the Fans Token universe. Here, Fans Token can be
used to purchase different digital collectibles, just like the baseball cards of the past. By
owning the influencers’ digital collectibles, fans are entitled to certain privileges and exclusive
benefits. These collectibles can be redeemed for physical rewards like limited-edition t-shirts
or exclusive rights such as visiting an influencer’s studio for a day or even participating in
content together. Alternatively, fans can just collect these digital cards and boast about their
fandom.
One day, users might be able to post digital fan art directly to their
favorite influencer. It will become a marketplace for all things digital
and non-fungible.

12. Non-fungibility is important here. The underlying technology of the “Non-Fungible Token” as
an asset in this marketplace means that each token has its own unique properties and
features specific to its own and is not mutually interchangeable. It should be highlighted that
