2. INTRODUCTION
 Novato, California-based Michael (Mike) Melville has spent more
than 15 years working in various leadership and executive roles
within Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Outside his professional life, Mike
Melville collects various memorabilia from famous rock-and-roll
bands such as AC/DC and Van Halen.
In an effort to expand upon its already comprehensive vault of
music memorabilia, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame recently gave
fans the opportunity to provide items for inclusion in the museum.
In August, the Hall of Fame’s Library and Archives division hosted
an event at Cuyahoga Community College's Tommy LiPuma
Center for Creative Arts for fans to bring memorabilia to be
scanned for potential inclusion.

3. ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME
 This was the second such event hosted by the
museum, following the opening event in November
2015.
The most recent effort was aimed at gathering
memorabilia specific to musical history in northeast
Ohio.
Those who participated received free admission to
the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, a USB drive with high-
quality images of their scanned items, and protective
sleeves to preserve the original memorabilia.
