Social media marketing is the use of a social media
platform to promotea brand or product. "With over
80% of consumers reporting that social media—
especially influencer content—significantly impacts
buying decisions," it would be hard to pass up.

 85% of Americans own a smart phone
 72% of Americans use some type of social
media
 There is a low price to entry, usually free
 It givesconsumers an easy way to contact
the brand
 It allowsconsumers to share their honest
opinions
