Operations Supervisor
• Reviewed resumes, conducted interviews, checked references for potential
new-hires and was responsible for hiring appropriate candidates
• Trained all new-hires, focusing on job duties as well as the policies and
procedures of the company
• Worked directly with the Program Director in accepting patients to our
facility, ensuring they were placed on the appropriate track (i.e. mental
health/dual diagnosis)
