Warehouse Specialist - Lead, Austin Industrial (LyondellBasell Contractor), Pasadena,

 Providing service to the LPO plant entirely when it comes to fulfilling parts and services to
the field. When requested, we would stage and kit parts to be put on the schedule. Once
scheduled, we would pull parts from kitting and staging and send to the requested recipient
of the plant. Use SAP and MOWP on a daily basis fulfilling orders and reservations.
 When in Receiving, once parts/kits are received from vendors we must record their arrival
and document it accordingly via SAP and MOWP. Once documented, the items then must
be either assigned or staged to a spot in the warehouse to be put on the inventory list.
 Operated motorized equipment on a daily basis such lift trucks, stand-up forklifts, etc.
Worked indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions while still providing service in a timely
manner when requested. Inventory of the warehouse is to be done every month in a timely
fashion.
 Responsible for completing paperwork and forms connected with the work assignments
pertaining to procedures and enter them into SAP accordingly.
 Also responsible for four employees as the lead – supervisor role. My responsibilities in this
management role involve directing personnel to do their jobs in a timely fashion and may
include training/discipline requirements, along with administrative responsibilities.
