COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course deals with the concepts, principles, theories and methods of developing nursing leaders and
managers in the hospital and community-based settings. It also includes ethico-moral/legal aspects of
health care and nursing practice and the nurses’ responsibilities for personal and professional growth.
PRE-REQUISITE: NCM 104-Care of Clients with Problems in Inflammatory and Immunologic Response, Perception and
Coordination ,NCM 105-Care of Clients with Maladaptive Patterns of Behavior
NUMBER OF UNITS: 4 units
