The document discusses child privacy issues online and the work of the Bulgarian Safer Internet Centre (SIC). The SIC operates a hotline and helpline to handle reports of inappropriate online content. It also conducts awareness campaigns in schools and develops educational tools and resources to teach children and parents about staying safe online. Survey results are presented showing many children share personal information publicly and have experienced issues like cyberbullying. The SIC advocates for self-regulation by industry and legislation to better protect children's privacy and safety on the internet.
