maintain the SCM solution which supported four sites.
Responsibilities included:
Lead SCM representative for RAPID’s (Radio Access Platform Innovation Development) 2005 TL9000
(ISO9000-like) audit. Results: successful, no findings. Updated the Compliance Map for SCM in
preparation for the audit.
Improved the build cycle time by 9X overall by piloting and deploying a third party vendor, Electric
Cloud (emake), throughout UBS Arlington Heights.
Deployed CMBP – Configuration Management Blue Print – (ClearCase and ClearQuest) and other
common tools (SSMT (code counting tool), CRISS (inspection tool), DCML (documentation
configuration management library)) across UBS in four sites. Kept the tool configurations up-to-date and
became the UBS/RAPID champion for these tools.
Expert (performing some admin tasks) of ClearCase 5.0 environment for UBS.
Led the effort to upgrade the existing cross-compiler set used by UBS development to the new
MontaVista compiler toolset.
