Write down these three questions:
1. How have you seen the Value Base of Care used to support and promote good practice?
Think about what the 6 C’s are and how they were highlighted in this video. How does this
promote good practice in the workplace?
2. How has the video shown that people work co-operatively together? This could be; patient
and practitioner, practitioner and patient’s family or practitioners working together. Why is
this important?
3. How do personal values and beliefs influence the care worker? Consider what your own
values and beliefs are and how would this influence the care that you gave patients. Would
this have a positive or negative impact, and why?
