Maxine Hepfer graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and now works in transaction real estate at Ernst & Young. She is also on the Programs Committee for CREW Dallas, a networking organization for women in commercial real estate. CREW Dallas serves as a resource for its members in commercial real estate by providing information, knowledge, and contacts to help women succeed personally and professionally. Through its charitable arm, CREW Dallas has donated over $2.8 million to support women's health research and community organizations that help improve women's lives.
2. Introduction
A graduate of the Cornell University School of
Hotel Administration, Maxine Hepfer has focused
on the real estate and finance industry throughout
her career. She now works in the Transaction
Real Estate group at Ernst & Young, and her
experience has exposed her to the different
facets of real estate auditing. Maxine Hepfer is
also a member of the Programs Committee of
CREW Dallas, a networking organization for
women in commercial real estate.
Crew Dallas’ mission is to help women succeed in
the commercial real estate industry on both a
personal and professional level.

It serves as a resource for information,
knowledge, and contacts. With years of
experience, its members provide support for other
women in commercial real estate. Its involvement
in philanthropic acts through “CREW in the
Community,” CREW Dallas’ charitable arm, has
also provided financial support to other
organizations with the same vision of improving
women’s lives. As of today, CREW has donated
over $2.8 million for research on women’s health
issues as well civic causes for women in the
community.
