I would like to recommend Matthias Ross as a candidate for a position with your organization. In
his position as Operations Manager, Matthias was employed in our pub/restaurant from 2009 -
2012. Matthias did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during
his tenure with the pub. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely
organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
During his tenure with the Dubh Linn Gate, Matthias was responsible for supervising and
managing the day to day operations. Matthias effectively scheduled and managed the pub to
maintain efficient and productive operations.
Matthias was always willing to offer his assistance, go above and beyond guests expectations
and had an excellent rapport with the management, fellow employees and guests. He would be
an asset to any employer and I recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.
