11. Wake Interfaith Disaster Team WIDT WIDT is the designated Long-Term Recovery Organization for Wake County for the April 16 tornados. WIDT will address the unmet needs with donated materials and volunteer labor. 12. The Green Chair Project Assisting individuals and families who lost their homes in the recent tornado that hit Wake County. As tornado victims begin to rebuild their lives and refurnish their homes, they are referred to the Green Chair Project to receive furnishings assistance.
