• Ensure technical specifications are in accordance with relevant
international standards.
• Avoid in-country testing and/or national certification. Accept test
results made by international labs fulfilling ISO/IEC 17025 to avoid
repetitive testing.
• Establish system of mutual recognition on product-by-product basis.
• Overall preference to supplier declaration of conformity (SDoC).
• Ensure transparency and transition period in case of changes of
standards or regulation.
