ITAM improvement relies upon a series of small
changes to drive improvements in outcomes

• Build a business case / momentum for the change
• Implement the change
• Review and assess the change to ensure it achieves your
objectives
• Reinforce the change
The new way of working becomes a habit – you know you’ve won
when the ‘new’ way of working is the ‘old’ way of working when
next you need to implement a change!
