// Who we are //
YouMeO develops and applies highly agile and collaborative approaches that help improve
efficiency at each step of the innovation process:
• Exploring futures: via different approaches (Future Expeditions, Scenario Planning, Horizon
Scanning...), we support the detection and anticipation of important trends and potential
game-changer dynamics in the business context in order to get ahead of the curve and build
future-proof innovation strategies
• Getting inspired: our ‘P2P’ consulting approach allows managers to learn from their peers in
other industries who have faced similar problems; we use ‘Positive Deviance’ to detect
deviant behaviours that lead to exceptional results and analyse them from different
perspectives (sociological, managerial, human) in order to spread them throughout the
organisation
• Generating ideas: Idea Challenges, Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking, Creativity
Workshops, Communities Of Practice ... the objective of all these approaches is to mobilise
the collective intelligence of employees, customers and/or other stakeholders to generate
disruptive ideas and to assess them
• Building business models: through methods such as Business Model Generation or Service
Design we help teams to rethink existing business models or invent new ones
• Accelerating execution: through our agile project management approach we help project
teams to adopt a start-up culture using methods inspired by Lean Start-up, Hackathons,
SCRUM, Agile PM ... these approaches are based on short work cycles, team empowerment,
rapid prototyping and iterative process (test & learn)
// …with a wide range of resources, tools and methods
to support the entire value chain of innovation

Some examples of our frequently used
innovation approaches
• Empowerment. We do not work FOR our clients, but WITH
them. Our clients are the business experts, we are process
and methodology experts and we know how to apply them to
generate impact.
• Agility. We bring a start-up culture to our clients: empathy,
strong listening skills, rapid prototyping, test & learn, multiple
iterations … we embrace change and are comfortable with
new requirements.
• Collaboration. We systematically engage with internal and
external communities, trust in the collective intelligence of
professional networks, and use highly participatory co-
creation approaches.
• Fun. We enjoy what we do and to keep the child in us awake,
we use fun and “off the wall” methods to generate surprising
new insights: simulation games, learning journeys,
teambuilding …
